How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at emmaschumer3@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel a team subscription anytime from the Billing section on your Overview. The team keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. More details are in Paddle's Refund Policy.
